Food
1) Coffee can be very moldy and badly sprayed with pesticides. It's one product I recommend investing in the right brand. Kaizen is my favorite because a) it's organic; b) free of mold and pesticides; c) lower acidity, d) formulated with sea moss for minerals to leave you without jitters
2) EVOO is notoriously fake and low quality - Yaya is top of the line
